OUR MISSION

Our goal is to empower women of all ages to stay motivated and achieve their goals, while also shedding light on successful women who are not regularly recognized. We will do this by interviewing multiple women in positions of power/different careers and asking them questions and advice about succeeding in a male-dominated society.

We hope that this movement motivates other young women (and men!) to interview and acknowledge and celebrate the women that they personally admire. If we are able to shed light on the careers of successful women, then they will show other women that they can achieve success as well. Through conducting your own interviews, we have the opportunity to build and solidify relationships between one another, and create a network and community of role models, students, and friends.

We hope that this will inspire other women to do the same, so we can make our society more accepting and respecting of women. It is important that young girls grow up in a world where they are accepted and valued for their achievements.
