Jenn Petracca

Jenn Petracca is a graduate of Rhode Island College and now works as a Content Analyst at Gordon Brothers, a finance company based in Boston, MA.

Her role models are career women who start their own successful companies, are prominent figures in the business world, who are also involved in meaningful causes. She admires passionate women, including those who have overcome adversity and illness.

If there is one thing she could tell her younger self: “It would be to stop worrying about life, but especially about what people think of you. Don’t be so afraid to speak up and take chances.”

One thing that our society needs to stop telling young girls: “Stop telling young women that their worth is based on marriage, having children, and physical appearance.”
