Women INpower RWU

Women INpower is new to RWU. It is a student run initiative to try and shed light on people who are traditionally underrepresented in the workplace. Traditionally this is women, people of color, and other minority groups. We strive to share these people's stories of struggle and triumph in a system that was not built to benefit them. By doing this we hope to inspire other people to follow in their footsteps and to change the way society views these people. We are starting small on the Roger Williams University campus to try and inspire change in whatever way we can.
